Art in the government center

Members of the Dream Tank wrapped sections of their bodies in packing tape, sticky side up, and then covered the same section with three layers, sticky side down. The sections were cut off and reassembled into the whole bodies.

Earlier, Finn addressed the legislature about Dream Tank activities, an organization devoted to helping young people avoid some of the perils of modern life such as drug use.
