NARROWSBURG, NY—Upper Delaware Lifestyles, a day-long series of free workshops, demonstrations and exhibits focusing on home and hearth, will be held on Saturday, April 18, at several business locations in Narrowsburg from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sponsored by the Narrowsburg Chamber of Commerce, the event will feature talks and demonstrations ranging from a noontime workshop on “How to Make Ricotta Gnocchi,” by Chef Peter Schott of Restaurant 15 Main, to “Fishing Basics,” a talk by Cliff Scheurich of Tom’s Bait and Tackle.

One Bug™ fishing tournament helps fish habitat

HANCOCK, NY—The second One Bug™ fundraiser, sponsored by the Friends of the Upper Delaware River (FUDR), will kick off with a dinner on Friday, April 24, at the Old Capital Theatre, 116 Front St. in Hancock. The event also includes a fly-fishing tournament on Saturday and Sunday, in which all spots are already taken, but the Friday dinner, which includes an open bar, dinner, live and silent auctions, entertainment and a one-year membership to FUDR, is open to all.

‘Foods of the Delaware Highlands’

HAWLEY, PA—The Delaware Highlands Conservancy’s will celebrate its 15th anniversary on April 25 at its second annual “Foods of the Delaware Highlands” gala at The Settlers Inn. A wine tasting begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.
