Fallsburg Board of Education honors scholar athletes
FALLSBURG, NY - At the Fallsburg Central School District Board of Education meeting of February 25, student athletes from the girls varsity soccer and tennis teams received certificates and pins from the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, Inc. for achieving academic excellence during the Fall 2008 season.
The Fallsburg/Tri-Valley tennis team, right, maintained an average grade point average of 95.136. The soccer team had an average of 91.583. Athletic director Tim Bult presented the awards, with help from girls varsity soccer coach Amanda Biccum.
