Casting call for dramatic workshop

HURLEYVILLE, NY — The Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop will hold auditions for two of its season productions. Auditions for “What the Rabbi Saw” and “Arsenic and Old Lace” will be held on Saturday, March 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Sullivan County Museum, 265 Main Street in Hurleyville.

“What The Rabbi Saw” will be performed on June 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20 and 21. Needed are two actresses who can play early to late 20s for the bride and maid of honor, one actor who can play 50-plus for the rabbi, and one adult of any age to play a flamboyant wedding planner. “Arsenic and Old Lace” will be performed on May 15, 16, 17, 22, 23 and 24. Some roles for this play have already been cast from first round of auditions, but several additional men are of various ages are still needed. For more information call 845/583-6097.
