Sunday Night Cinema features ‘Blue’

HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Arts Alliance’s Sunday Night Cinema on February 8 will be “Blue,” starring French acress Juliette Binoche. The film will be shown at the Chamber of Commerce’s Community Room, 32 Commercial Street, at 7:00 p.m. The suggested donation is $5.00 per person.

“Blue” is a film about mourning, music and transformation by Polish writer and director Krzysztof Kieslowski. Julie (Binoche) is a young, musically gifted Frenchwoman who has just lost her daughter and renowned composer-husband Patrice (Claude Duneton) in a tragic car accident.
