Scholarship available for DEC summer camp

DEBRUCE, NY — The Community Garden Club of Liberty will pay half of the $325 tuition for a week at a summer camp operated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation in DeBruce for children ages 12 to 14. The children have an opportunity to canoe, hike mountains, catch fish, learn archery and build campfires.

Two applicants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be able to choose which week they wish to attend.
