Elderhostel program focuses on healthy living

CLARYVILLE, NY — The Frost Valley YMCA will host an Elderhostel program, Healthy Living in the Catskills, from Sunday, February 8 through Friday, February 13. The event will help partipants to form new bonds between mind, body and spirit in an expert-led immersion in meditation, yoga, massage and healthy living. Participants of all levels will learn methods for heightening their awareness and self-knowledge.

The event will be held at Frost Valley YMCA’s Straus Center Inn. Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m.
