Ice rules in Manor

LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — Livingston Manor will hold its 50th annual Ice Carnival this weekend, starting with a snow sculpture contest at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17. Festivities during the two days will include judging of the sculptures, a dance on Saturday night at which an Ice Carnival King and Queen will be crowned, ice skating races and figure-skating exhibitions.
