The Pike County Historical Society to host winter music series

MILFORD, PA — This February, the Pike County Historical Society will present Winter Wednesdays, a series of musical performances by various local artists, in Bar Louis at the Hotel Fauchere.

The concerts will take place on the four Wednesdays of the month at 7:30 p.m. On the schedule are Bobby Kyle, February 4; Scott Weis, February 11; Celeste Triebeneck, February 18; and Ronny Whyte, February 25.

The series is a fundraiser for The Columns Museum. The Pike County Historical Society plans to paint and repair the exterior of the building this spring. The painting job is one of many maintenance and restoration projects undertaken by the society in recent years, including interior painting, placement of a new, historically appropriate terne metal roof and renewal of the hardwood floors, courtesy of Roger Picker of Pike County Hardwood Flooring and Phillip Joerss of Advanced Wood Floors, who are donating their time.

Tickets cost $25 per performance. Special season passes are also available for a discounted rate of $75. These passes are usable for all performances.

Reservations are strongly suggested, as seating is limited.
