Bushs shoes
To the editor:
They made me a last minute sports announcer on a local radio station a few days ago, and this is what went down. I no longer work there
It was a tricky cuve ball... aaaaannnnnd he ducks!
Then a fast speed ball... and again he has no luck
eh.....er....rather, scuse me BUT a news breaking bulletin just in… let me re-phrase myself ...
I was a size-12 leather sole
nearly knocked GW cold
But a rapid toss, left shoe instead
Jus missin GWs big empty head
The moral of the story goes… and youll see
What goes around comes around, que sera, what will be.
Years of unconscionable destruction of human life with no mercy
<
Maybe foot funk will send him like a monkey up a tree.
Though hell still hang his stocking by the chimney with care
With hopes the international community will spare
Forgive and forgethis dream for next year
Bushs a no-fly zone, says Santa to his reindeer
The election grab bag brought forth someone
Obama hopes for needed change has begun
FOR, BY AND OF THE PEOPLE embarks its dry run
So well pop the cork in 09 to move on to better days
Theres just too much momentum this energy is not a phase
Well ring in a new enlightenment, brightening our darkened haze
Wishing our new leader and all believers
HOLIDAY WISHES the NEW YEAR paves.
