Local Christmas trees
REGION There are many local venues that sell Christmas trees that are locally grown, and some that you can cut yourself. You will find that they are fresher than trees purchased from big-box stores, and that the people who tie the trees on your car know how to do so securelynot always the case at the national franchise stores in our experience.
Below is a partial list. If you know of any that we have missed, please let us know at copyeditor@riverreporter.com or 845/252-7414.
