Envirofest, Milford, PA
Alternative energy, green building and local food were the focus of much community discussion at the Grey Towers Historical Site in Milford as the Black Bear Film Festivals Envirofest took place on October 19. Free films were shown and a free low-emissions biodiesel bus transported festival-goers to and from town. Environmental organizations hosted informational booths and Sabrina Artel of Trailer Talk conducted interviews from her 1965 BeeLine trailer next to the ancestral home of Gifford Pinchot. Hear some of those conversations on Artels show on WJFF 90.5FM www.wjffradio.org, or download the podcast at www.sabrinaartel.com.
