Beautiful Hills of Brooklyn screened at Tusten Theatre
NARROWSBURG, NYThe Delaware Valley Arts Alliance will present screening and discussion of the short film Beautiful Hills of Brooklyn on Saturday, October 25 at 7:30 p.m. at the Tusten Theatre. The executive producer of the 38-minute drama is Bob Balaban. International stage director Ragnar Freidank directed the film which also features the work of Emmy-nominated cinematographer (and Upper Delaware Valley resident) Edward Marritz and Callicoon-based musician Kazzrie Jaxen, who created the original score.

Forestburgh production of The Miracle Worker' comes to Tri-Valley
GRAHAMSVILLE, NY—The Forestburgh Playhouse will present William Gibsons The Miracle Worker, for six performances only in the theatre at the Tri-Valley Central School from Thursday, October 23 through Sunday, October 26. The production will be a co-production with a new not-for-profit entity, the Forestburgh Theatre Arts Center, recently incorporated by current Forestburgh Playhouse Associate Artistic Director Richard Amelius for the purpose of presenting educational experiences in professional theatre to elementary and secondary school students.

CALLICOON, NYThe October CineArt feature will be The Duchess, starring Keira Knightley and Ralph Fiennes, at the Callicoon Theater on Upper Main Street. It will be screened from Friday, October 24 through Monday, October 27 at 7:30 p.m., with a matinee on Saturday, October 25 at 2:00 p.m.
