There will be storytelling around a campfire, crafts and entertainment before and after the journey. Refreshments will be available for a nominal fee throughout the day, and a 450-pound pumpkin that was grown by longtime PEEC member Larry Martone will be on view. Martone used only used organic methods to grow the massive pumpkin, which proves that growing produce organically doesnt mean you have to settle for less.

The cost is $5 per person, with children three years and under free. Bring a flashlight to use on the trail. Strollers are not recommended for the trail.
