Natures artistry
While it is easy to be swept away by the dramatic displays of fall foliage peaking throughout the region this week, take time to notice the more subtle visual gifts given by the natural world—lengthening light falling across a solitary fern, the interplay of textures where leaves and duckweed collect at waters edge, delicate silvery scrolls of birch bark and the mirrored form of a Canada goose about to land on the surface of a lake.
Natures array and interplay of patterns, textures, light and forms offer endless opportunity for soul-stirring satisfaction.
