Bradstan hosts final solo shows
BETHEL, NY The Nancy LaMott Room of Bradstan Country Hotel will host its final solo cabaret shows with a double bill of two of its most popular solo regular performers on Sunday, October 12. At 7:00 p.m., Joana Dutcher will perform her solo cabaret show and the evening will close with a 9:30 performance by local favorite Lumiri Tubo.
Unlike the Bradstans usual evenings, the two shows will be completely different and separate. Admission costs $40 per person and includes the first beverage.
Dutcher has been performing regularly at The Bradstan for the last several years. Her song choices range from country to pop, standards to Broadway. Dutcher has a great wit and infuses her show with solid vocals and great humor. She was the winner of The Monticello Rotary Clubs Star Search Competition a few years back, and performs not only at the Bradstan but at a number of local and regional live music venues.
Tubo has become one of the areas most popular and sought-after performers. She began her cabaret career at the Bradstan and has gone on to develop a solid singing career locally, regionally and abroad. She performs regularly on the top cruise lines and in Florida.
These two shows mark the final presentation of solo shows in The Nancy LaMott Room at the Bradstan. Following this evening, the cabaret will be open on Saturday nights from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and will host its final evening of live performance on Saturday, November 29, ending an 18-year run.
