Wondrous doings in Port Jervis

PORT JERVIS, NY — The First Baptist Church, 34 East Main Street, will hold its 11th annual Wonderfaire on Saturday, September 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

There will be game booths, jousting and obstacle-course inflatables, a Noah’s Ark and a Moon Bounce, pony rides, a magic show, several kinds of free food and cold beverages, craft-making, face-painting, two prayer request balloon releases and more.

There will also be drawings for four grocery vouchers at a local grocery store.

The first ringside event will be at 11:30 a.m., with the first drawing for vouchers taking place at that time. The second ringside event, a music concert, is scheduled for mid-afternoon, with the second drawing for vouchers occurring at that time.

Admission is free.
