‘Take Me Out to the Ballgame’

MONTICELLO, NY - In top photo, Shawn Bailey, kneeling, is joined by Monticello Little Leaguers Zachary Malek, left, Trevon Gray, Anthony Gray, Terry Gray and Terrell Gray as they sing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame,” as part of the Postal Service’s celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the song commemorated by a new stamp. Bailey sang the National Anthem between games of the Sullivan County Women’s Softball League semifinals at Collins Park.

In bottom photo, Nancy Matrafailo, Postmaster of Callicoon Center, left, and Paula Ryan, Postmaster of Mongarup Valley were on hand to help commemorate the 100th anniversary of the famous song.
