Third time’s a charm

Susan Werner returns to the Bradstan

WHITE LAKE, NY — Renowned Chicago-based singer/songwriter Susan Werner will make her third appearance in The Nancy LaMott Room at Bradstan Country Hotel at 7:00 and 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 3.

A breakthrough composer and performer in the mid ‘90s, Werner has toured with countless luminaries including Joan Armatrading and Richard Thompson. She also appeared on the Peter, Paul and Mary Lifelines special seen nationally on PBS. Her 2002 release, “New Non Fiction,” received numerous accolades for its insightful social commentary and introspective stories.

Werner’s latest release, fifth in a line of critically acclaimed recordings, is titled “The Gospel Truth.” With this recording, Susan explores the effect of religion on our society and our everyday lives.

Admission costs $40 per person, which includes the first beverage.
