NARROWSBURG, NY—Once every summer, Main Street in the riverside hamlet of Narrowsburg is transformed into a country fairground, with artisans, stilt walkers, food vendors, live music, local authors signing books, costumed dogs and, in a traditional highlight of the day, a fast-talking auctioneer. It’s all part of RiverFest, a festival of music, art and ecology.
