An evening of jazz and blues

to benefit scholarship fund

LOCH SHELDRAKE, NY — Sullivan County Community College (SCCC)will host an evening of “All That’s Jazz ‘N Blues” at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 19. The concert is being held in memory of Robert Bastian, a student who passed away, and will benefit the Robert Bastian Scholarship Fund of the SCCC Foundation.

The event will feature the Inner Urge Jazz Quartet Playing the music of jazz legends like John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Joe Henderson, Thelonious Monk and Duke Ellington; and Little Sammy D., a regular member of Levon Helm’s band.

The cost of general admission is $20, $18 for students and seniors, and $15 per person in groups of 20 or more.
