Tri-State Chamber hosts a three-day jamboree
PORT JERVIS, NY The Tri-State Chamber of Commerce will present the Inaugural Tri-State Three Day Americana Roots Music Festival from Friday, July 4, through Sunday, July 6 at Airport Park. Bluegrass, folk, country, rockabilly and blues will all be represented at the festival.
With over 25 acts in place, including John Sebastian, Rachel Allyn, Todd Snider and James Montgomery, and a huge fireworks display on Saturday, July 5, the chamber expects 25,000-plus attendees. Multiple stages will be used. Tickets cost $30 for one day, or $80 for three days.
The festival will run from 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m. on July 4 and 5 and from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. on July 6. There will be food and general merchandise vendors at the site.
Charities who will benefit from this event are the Tri-State fire departments and rescue squads, The Wounded Warrior Project, The Devi Blue Foundation and the Pike County Humane Society.
