Volunteers sought for Bethel museum

BETHEL, NY — The Museum at Bethel Woods will hold a volunteer training session from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 24.

The session will be held at The Museum at Bethel Woods, on Hurd Road. New volunteers will have the opportunity to tour the museum and learn about the role of volunteers, as well as associated policies and procedures.

Museum volunteers are needed seven days per week for three-and-a-half-hour shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Volunteers must be 16 years old or over.

The museum explores the experience of the 1969 Woodstock festival and its significance as a culminating event of a transformational decade. For more information visit bethelwoodslive.org/support/volunteer.
