Narrowsburg ushers in summer with town-wide yard sale

NARROWSBURG, NY — The Narrowsburg Chamber of Commerce will hold a town-wide yard sale on Saturday, May 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Residents all over town are encouraged to participate, and can register with the chamber at 845/252-7234. Provisions will also be made for out-of-towners to participate, by setting up tables at the children’s playground, down by the flats. There will be a $10 charge per table for those wishing to set up at the playground. A port-o-potty will be provided. Those interested in participating at the children’s playground should mail a check made out to the Narrowsburg Chamber of Commerce, P. O. Box 300 Narrowsburg, N.Y. 12764.

There is no charge for residents to set up on their own property at the flats, in town or outside of town. Yard sale shoppers are encouraged to check for sales throughout the whole town.

The rain date will be Sunday, May 25.
