George Krause one of Sullivan Pride winners

CALLICOON, NY — George Krause, a former printing business owner, was one of several Sullivan County residents who received Pride of Sullivan Awards at the Villa Roma Resort and Conference Center on May 3.

Each year, the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce solicits nominees from the 15 towns, looking for residents who help to instill a sense of pride in their communities. Krause was the choice from Tusten.

The Business Person of the Year Award went to Howard Braunstein, the owner of the M&M automobile dealership in Liberty.

Judge Josephine Finn won the Distinguished Service Award.
