Harley-Davidson, tractor to be prizes at United Way Golf Classic

HAWLEY, PA — The United Way of Pike County will hold its second annual Golf Classic Tournament at Woodloch Springs on Monday, May 12. The contest will feature two hole-in-one contests: one for a blue New Holland tractor from Tractor John at Krempasky Equipment, and one for a Harley-Davidson from Tom Regenski, UWPC Vice President and the Baer family, owners of Baer Sport Center in Honesdale.

The tournament fundraiser will start at 11:30 a.m. and will include golfing, lunch, a putting contest, hole-in-one contests, 50/50 raffle and basket raffle, cocktail hour and an awards dinner. In addition to participating as a golfer, there are several sponsorship levels available for interested individuals and organizations. The fee for each golfer is $125 and that fee covers green fees, lunch, cocktail hour and a dinner in the main dining room. In addition, every golfer will receive a Cutter & Buck golf shirt. Those who wish to participate in the dinner only can do so for $50. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the United Way of Pike County.
