Humane society holds crafts and artisan fair

MILFORD, PA — The Pike County Humane Society (PCHS) will hold a Spring Crafts & Artisan Fair on Saturday and Sunday, April 19 and 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Delaware Valley High School 9/10 gymnasium located on Routes 6 & 209 between Milford and Matamoras. There will be more than 50 crafters and local artists. There is a $2 admission donation, with all proceeds benefiting the animals of the Pike County Humane Society.

Some of the crafts and talents on display are beautiful artwork, jewelry, and homemade greeting cards, stained glass designs, pet and animal related items, bath and body products, intarsia, woodworking, quilting, Native American Indian crafts and demonstrations of painting, beading, woodcarving, pottery and more.

The PCHS will have its own baked goods table and food sales. Friends and members of the PCHS have donated their own hand-made items for the PCHS craft table, where 100 percent of the sales go to help the society help the animals. More donated items are welcome.
