Get a peek at a season sampler at Red Eft

WURTSBORO, NY — Art lovers mingle at The Red Eft Gallery, located at 159 Sullivan Street in Wurtsboro, which will present “First Look 2” from Saturday, April 5 through Sunday, May 11. There will be an opening reception on Saturday, April 5 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The show is the second of a two-part sampling of the exhibits to come at the gallery in 2008. It will feature artists Richard Bruce, J.E. Capriano, Kevin Cook, Fritz Drury, Gertraud Fendler, Michael Gold, Ellie Hollinshead, James Mellon, Jules Perlmutter, Bernhard Roze, Judy Sigunick and Linda Sokolowski. The artists represent styles ranging from the traditional to the abstract in a wide variety of media, including oils, acrylics, pastels, ceramics, concrete, steel and wood.
