‘Twist and Shout for the Arts’ at The Nutshell

LAKE HUNTINGTON, NY — The Nutshell Arts Center at 6692 Route 52 will host “Twist and Shout for the Arts” on Saturday, April 5 at 7:00 p.m. The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance fundraising dance will feature music by The VanTwistics, the legendary local band that plays a high-energy mix of rock and roll and rhythm and blues.

Music will start at 7:30 p.m. and hors d’oeuvres prepared by Jill’s Kitchen will be served. All tables will be provided with complimentary snacks and soft drinks. A cash bar will also be available.

Twist and Shout takes on a 1960s theme, and those who wish to dig out their tie-dye, madras bell-bottoms and beads are encouraged to do so.

Admission to the dance costs $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Checks may be made payable to “Delaware Valley Arts Alliance” and mailed to PO Box 170, Narrowsburg, NY 12764.
