Where have all the soldiers gone?

LIVINGSTON MANOR, NY — The next book to be discussed by the WonkyTonk book club will be “The Transformation of Modern Europe,” by James J. Sheehan. Sheehan offers a sweeping look at Europe’s tumultuous 20th century, showing how the rejection of violence after World War II transformed a continent. The meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. at Hamish & Henry Booksellers.
