Calling all talent

HORTONVILLE, NY — The talent search for the Hortonville Talent Show is on again, for the 22nd year in a row. Those who are interested in performing should call 845/887-4346. The show will take place at the Hortonville Presbyterian Church on Saturday, March 8, at 7:30 p.m.

The Talent Show is not a competition. Performers “show us their stuff’ to rousing applause and then a panel of judges awards special prizes for each. Everyone wins. If you sing, juggle, recite poetry, dance, play the trumpet, the pen, the piano or the bells, try out your act. Richard Ross of The River Reporter will be Master of Ceremonies. After the show there will be refreshments and good company.

The suggested donation is $5 per person, $10 per family, to benefit Habitat for Humanity.
