A February love affair PORT JERVIS, NY — Just in time for Valentine’s Day, an exhibit titled “In Love with Art,” featuring pastel and oil paintings by Joan Kehlenbeck, will open at Café Roxanna, 79 Pike Street, on Saturday, February 2, with a reception from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Kehlenbeck is president of River Valley Artists Guild. For this exhibit, works that feature local historic sites and romantic Victorian ladies have been selected. |
