Christmas stories at the Columns

MILFORD, PA — The American Readers Theatre (ART) will present Classic Christmas Stories at 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. at the Columns on Broad Street in Milford. Holiday refreshments will be served and the museum will be open for tours. Tickets cost $20 for adults and $15 for children under 12 and senior citizens. Seating is limited. 570/296-8126.

Horse and carriage ride

JEFFERSONVILLE, NY — Horse and carriage rides down Jeffersonville’s Main Street, all decked up for Christmas, will be offered from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. The cost is $3 per person, and pick-up is at Justus Tires and First National Bank of Jeffersonville parking lots.

15th Annual Candlelight Winter Solstice Concert Celebration

LONG EDDY, NY — At 3:00 p.m., Alan Seale, singer, Bill Lewis, pianist and Able Rae (formerly Myra Winner), storyteller will perform the 15th annual Candlelight Winter Solstice Concert at ChurcHouse, Gould’s Mountain, near Long Eddy, NY.
