ThunderBlast collects over 1,200 Toys

MONTICELLO, NY—There were no sleighs or reindeer in sight, but there was plenty of holiday cheer—country music-style—being spread during ThunderBlast at Monticello Gaming and Raceway on December 8.

Hundreds of country music fans carried at least one unwrapped toy—some brought more than one—as their ticket into ThunderBlast, a country-music concert presented by radio station Thunder 102. More than 1,200 toys were collected through the event and will be added to the ongoing Monticello Gaming and Raceway Toys for Tots drive.
