Parker’s collages on display in December

PORT JERVIS, NY — In honor of the conclusion of the Port Jervis Centennial, there will be a reception for a show, Dr. Jeffery Parker: Holiday Prints and Collages, on Saturday, December 8 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the lobby of Parker’s office at 156 Pike Street. The work is by Parker, who seeks to raise the awareness of the important resources of collage in art. The works are created in different media ranging from a variety of printmaking techniques to collages, all using a non-traditional, abstract style. The show also celebrates Parker’s 30th year in practice in Port Jervis.

The show and reception are free and open to the public. The show will be open Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday from 10:00 to 4:00 p.m. and Friday by appointment.
