In the September 6 issue of The River Reporter in a story about smallmouth bass, the following paragraph was erroneously attributed to a national magazine:
The Upper Delaware Rivers reputation as an excellent smallmouth bass fishery has until now, remained mostly local knowledge. From late June to the end of October the smallmouth bass is king. The deep pools, riffles, small rapids and deep runs of the Delaware provide an ideal home for these river residents.
The paragraph actually appeared in a press release issued by Cross Currents Guide Service & Outfitters of Milford, PA, written by owner Joe Demalderis, and posted to PR Web Press Release News Service.
