Tri-Valley students to present Neil Simon hit

GRAHAMSVILLE, NY — Tri-Valley High School will present Neil Simon’s hit comedy, “Fools,” at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tri-Valley Central School Theatre on Route 55. The snow date will be Sunday, December 2.

The play is a comic fable about a cursed village in old-world Russia. The scene of the antics is Kulyenchikov, Russia, where the new schoolmaster arrives to find every villager cursed with stupidity. Nevertheless, he falls in love with the beautiful daughter of the village doctor. Can he break the 200-year-old curse and marry the girl before he, too, falls victim to the mind-numbing power of this small town?

Tickets will be available at the door, and cost $5 for adults and $3 for children and senior citizens.
