A lap big enough for everyone

HONESDALE, PA — Santa will once again be making an appearance at Pet Central on the corner of Route 191 and Erie Street for photo sessions with your pets. This year’s event will be on Saturday, December 1 and Saturday, December 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For safety reasons, all pets must be leashed or in carriers. The photo package will include one five-by seven-inch print, two four- by six-inch prints and eight wallet-sized prints. The cost will be $15, and all proceeds will benefit orphaned pets at the Dessin Animal Shelter in Honesdale. Pet Central is located on the corner of Route 191 south of Honesdale and Erie St.

In conjunction with the photo session on December 8, a Christmas cookie sale to benefit Dessin will also be held, with cookies for pets as well as humans.
