Presby Players undertake an American classic

PORT JERVIS, NY — The Presby Players will perform Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Oklahoma!” in a run that starts on Thursday, October 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church at 60 Sussex Street.

The Presby production of “Oklahoma!,” a play that launched a new era in American musical theater and received many accolades including a special Pulitzer Prize (1944) and a special Tony Award (1993), has a cast of 34 multi-talented performers from the tri-state area. Among them are Bill Thomas, Tonya Jacobs, Jeff Brewster, Morgane Fouse, Eric Malave, Sandy Stalter, Steve Davis and Shannon Sumner. The show is directed by Bill Thomas and choreographed by Melissa Thomas. Musical direction is by Sandy Stalter.

Tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 & under.
