ANNA BOYCHUK
Anna Boychuk of Hurleyville, NY, formerly of New York City, passed away on August 30, 2007 peacefully at home. She was 81.
She was born in the Ukraine on August 29, 1926.
A parishioner of St. Georges Ukrainian Church in New York City, she most recently attended Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church in Kerhonkson, NY. She was a widow of Myron Mike Boychuck.
She is survived by two daughters, Maria Cassiack and husband Adam and Oksana Boychuk, both of Hurleyville; and three grandchildren, Theresa Cassiack of Schenectady, NY, Katherine Cassiack of Smallwood, NY and Christopher Cassiack of Liberty, NY.
Visitation was held on September 2, 2007 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne. Panakhyda began Sunday, September 2, 2007. The Holy Sacrifice of the Divine Liturgy was celebrated on Monday, September 3, 2007 at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, Kerhonkson. Interment followed at the Hurleyville Cemetery.
COLLEEN B. CULLIGAN
Colleen B. Culligan of Monticello, NY, an ambulance dispatcher for MobileMedic in Hurleyville, NY, died Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at Orange Regional Medical CenterHorton Campus in Middletown, NY after a short battle with cancer. She was 47.
The daughter of Norman L. Culligan and Evelyn S. Culligan, she was born January 23, 1960 in Monticello.
She is survived by her four children of whom she was very proud; Holli, Samantha and Paige Schoonmaker, all of Monticello, and Jonathan Churley of White Lake, NY; her fiancé, Dan Churley of White Lake; her parents, Evelyn and Norman Culligan of Monticello; a brother, William D. Culligan and his wife Janie of Monticello; a sister, Pattilyn Nygard and her husband Randy of Kauneonga Lake, NY; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends, especially those from MobileMedic.
She was predeceased by her ex-husband, Robert Schoonmaker Sr.; a son, Robbie Schoonmaker; and a brother, Robert A. Culligan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 6 at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway, Monticello. A funeral mass was celebrated on Friday, September 7 at St. Peters Church, Broadway and Liberty Street in Monticello, with Father Robert Ginel officiating. Burial followed in the Evergreen Cemetery in Bethel, NY.

WARREN EARLE
Warren Bub Earle of Apex, NC passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2007. He was 63.
The son of the late Maude Hendrickson Earle and Warren Willis Earle Sr., he was born in Monticello, NY in December 1943. He was the stepson of the late Jack Buchal of Liberty.
Bub was a retired maintenance technician for the City of Raleigh Housing Authority. He was formerly from White Sulphur Springs, NY.
He is survived by his wife Peggy at home; two daughters, Tammi Kinney and her husband Jeff of Aurora, IA and Lisa Bradford and husband John of Ocala, FL; three sons, Dale Malone and his wife Janice of Hurleyville, NY, Robert Malone and his companion David Bachmann of Arlington Heights, TN and John Earle of Apex; two sisters, Louise Snyder of Kasilof, AK and Penni Buchal of Fosterdale, NY; and one brother, Charles Buchal of Lake George, NY; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was handled by the Crematory Society of the Carolinas, Raleigh, NC.
In accordance with Bubs wishes a memorial service/celebration of his life will be held in the spring in New York.
MARGARET HOLMES
Margaret Holmes of Monticello, NY, a longtime resident of the area, passed into eternal life on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. She was 61.
The daughter of Margaret and the late Louis Mariotti, she was born in New York City on February 13, 1946.
Margaret was employed as a home health aide for the Sullivan County Department of Public Health.
She is survived by her mother, Margaret Mariotti of Stone Ridge, NY; two sons; Joseph Bonilla of Pine Bush, NY and Robert Bonilla of Monticello; two daughters, Stephanie Bonilla and husband Stewart Graham of Monticello and Rena Bonilla of White Lake, NY; one brother; John Mariotti of Accord, NY; one sister, Frances Dexter of Wisconsin; and four grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Veronica Holmes.
There will be no visitation. Private services and cremation will be at the convenience of the family at Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh, NY.
NORA MAY KINLEN
Nora May Kinlen of Newburgh, NY died Monday, September 3, 2007 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 71.
The daughter of the late William and Catherine Granger Fredericks, she was born April 30, 1936 in New York City.
Nora was a resident of Bronx, NY for 38 years, moving to this area a year ago. She was a communicant of St. Columba Church in Hopewell Junction, NY and had been a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Post #1456. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed her trips with her husband to Atlantic City, NJ.
She is survived by her husband, John F. Kinlen, Sr. at home, whom she married January 10, 1954; one daughter, Doris Murray and Ron Abbagliato of Wallkill; four sons, John F. Kinlen Jr. and his wife Donna of Pawling, NY, Robert W. Kinlen and his wife Margaret of Shohola, PA, Joseph M. Kinlen and his wife Annemarie of Bloomingburg, NY and William G. Kinlen and his wife Susan of Thornwood, NY; her son-in-law, James Murray of Bloomingburg; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Anna Schwartz of Vermont and Catherine Becker of Virginia; a brother-in-law, Bernard Kinlen and his wife Maureen; a sister-in-law, Mary Bartlett and her husband Hal; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at St. Columba Church, Hopewell Junction, followed by burial in Fishkill Rural Cemetery, Fishkill, NY.

CARL HALE MOSER
Carl Hale Moser of White Mills, PA died on Sunday, September 2, 2007 at Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale, PA with his beloved wife of 59 years, Dorothy, by his side. They were married July 1,1948. He was 81.
The son of the late Charles and Pearl Hale Moser, he was born in Hawley, PA.
Carl served in the U.S. Navy during World War II from 1944 to 1946 aboard the U.S.S. Adonis in the Pacific theatre. He was a truck operator for a trucking company before retiring. He was of the Methodist faith. An avid Mets fan, he especially enjoyed his family, his flowers and his dogs.
He is survived by three sons, James Moser at home, Theodore Moser and his wife Mary of White Mills and Joseph Moser of Hawley, PA; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Joyce Moser of Scranton, PA; and a family friend, Chris Benedict of White Mills.
He was predeceased by a brother, Gene Moser.
Funeral services were held Thursday, September 6, 2007 at the Arthur A. Bryant Funeral Home, 1228 Main St., Honesdale. Burial followed at Indian Orchard Cemetery, Indian Orchard.

ANDREW T. PETERS
Andrew T. Peters of Clermont, FL, a retired superintendent for the New York State Corrections System and a former resident of Parksville, NY, died on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at the Hospice of Lake and Sumter in Tavares, FL. He was 67.
The son of the late Frederick and Helen Rasch Peters, he was born October 26, 1939 in Jamaica, Queens.
Andy served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clermont and a former member of the Watertown and South Lake Rotary Clubs.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Edith Muhlig Peters at home; one son, Brian Peters and his wife Marlyn of White Sulphur Springs, NY; one daughter, Sandra Porta and her husband David of Ocoee, FL; three sisters, Loraine Kuebler of Callicoon Center, NY, Barbara Festa of California and Carol Luciano and her husband Michael of Ronkonkoma, NY; three brothers, Fred Peters and his wife Lillian of Edison, NY, Walter Peters and his wife Betty of Jeffersonville, NY and Raymond Peters and his wife Maria of Wilmington, NC; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 8, 2007 in the Harris Funeral Home, West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY. The Rev. Richard Guice officiated. Burial was in the Laurel Hill Cemetery, White Sulphur Springs.

SANDRA L. WALL
Sandra L. Wall, an employee for the postal service in Maybrook, NY and a longtime area resident, died Monday, September 3, 2007 at home. She was 63.
The daughter of Clyde and Teresa Atamanchuck Kiernan, she was born September 2, 1944 in Yonkers, NY.
Sandra was the widow of Robert Wall. She was an avid bowler.
She is survived by her two sons, Robert M. Wall and wife AnnMarie of Spencerport, NY and Timothy R. Wall and wife Molly of Amherst, NY; two sisters, Patricia Kiernan of Annandale, VA and Jacqueline Shakespeare of Hancock, NY; three grandchildren, Olivia, Catherine and Emma; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother, Clyde Kiernan Jr.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Church of the Assumption, Maybrook. Burial was in St. Marys Cemetery, Montgomery, NY.
