Historic Robert Frost book to be up for bid at FANfair

DAMASCUS, PA — One of the items up for bid at the auction for the fifth annual FANfair will be a copy of “Dedication: The Gift Outright,” by Robert Frost, presented on the steps of the nation’s capitol in Washington, DC as part of the inaugural ceremonies on January 20, 1961. Eight hundred copies of this booklet were printed at The Spiral Press, New York. The booklet also contains the inaugural address of John Fitzgerald Kennedy.

FANfair is a fundraiser for the Damascus Township Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and will be held on Sunday, October 7, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Calkins Creek Vineyard. The auction will begin at 3:0 p.m.
