Golf at Pebble Beach, and help the animals

MILFORD, PA — Pro Golf and the Pike County Humane Society (PCHS) will hold a “Closest to the Pin” contest on Saturday, August 18, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. For a $10 donation, participants will get three shots on the world-famous 7th hole of the Pebble Beach Golf Course—as recreated on Pro Golf’s state-of-the-art simulator. All proceeds benefit the animals of the PCHS.

The previous winner, Barry Cox, got within 3 feet, 9 inches. The winner will get a prize of five hours at Pro Golf, located on Routes 6/209 between Milford and Matamoras, in the Staples Plaza.

The PCHS will be bringing a bunch of shelter animals to show off, for another one of our successful off-site PCHS Pet Adoption Days.
