Four days of family fun scheduled for Deerpark festival

PORT JERVIS, NY — The 14th Annual Deerpark Family Festival will be held from Thursday, July 19 through Sunday, July 22 at New Hope Farms on Route 209. The event features a plethora of activities and attractions including fireworks, demonstrations, bands, food vendors, craft vendors, a chamber member expo, classic car show and a fire-truck competition.

The festival, sponsored by the Tri-State Chamber of Commerce, will start at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and run to 12:00 midnight on those days. On Friday it will start at 3:00 p.m. and run until 12:00 midnight, and on Sunday it will start at 12:00 noon and end at 6:00 p.m.

On Thursday, visitors can pay one price for carnival rides. The car show and fire apparatus competition will occur on Sunday.

Admission is free; parking costs $5 per vehicle.
