Owl prowl at Lacawac

LAKE WALLENPAUPACK — Lacawac Sanctuary will host Owl Prowl at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18. Follow Darryl and Jackie Speicher, founders of the Pocono Avian Research Center, in the woods as they attempt to call into view some of the owls inhabiting the sanctuary. Before the walk, they will provide an introductory presentation on the species of owls that live in the region. Requested donation is $5 for non-members, $3 for members and 12 and under free.
