Grey Towers to host ‘Poet-Tree’ program

MILFORD, PA — Original poetry and music by the Upper Delaware Writers Collective (UDWC) will be offered at Grey Towers National Historic Site at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 15.

Vibrant, lively poems for single or multiple voices will celebrate our forested natural surroundings. The program is free and will take place rain or shine. Bring blankets and/or lawn chairs.

“Poet-Tree” is one in a series of programs offered by the U.S. Forest Service at Grey Towers as part of its Conservation and the Arts Program. Music, visual and literary arts are presented by area artists as a way to heighten one’s appreciation and awareness of our natural surroundings.

For more information email greytowers@fs.fed.us or call 570/296-9630, or the UDWC at 845/252-7506.
