Brad Paisley brings country sound

to Bethel Woods

BETHEL, NY — Brad Paisley will perform at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 27, along with special guests Jack Ingram, Kellie Pickler and Taylor Swift. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Paisley’s music embraces the country tradition while being infused with contemporary style. From shuffles, swing, bluegrass, ballads and blues, Paisley blends traditional and modern influences into something seamless and distinctive, and always country at its core.

Teenaged singer/songwriter Taylor Swift is fast-tracked to become a household name. Her country-pop debut single “Tim McGraw” was a chart-topper and served to establish the young singer as a star with deep talent. Taylor’s newest single, “Teardrops on My Guitar” is currently rising toward the top on the Country Music chart.

Texas-based country music singer Jack Ingram has an impressive and robust discography. Ingram draws his influence from legendary outlaw musicians Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings, and is inextricably linked to the Red Dirt country music scene.

Hailing from North Carolina, 21-year-old Kellie Pickler was one of the top-10 finalists on American Idol. After appearing on the show, Pickler signed a recording contract with Idol series creator Simon Fuller’s 19 Recordings Limited. Her debut single, “Red High Heels” was released to critical acclaim late last year.

They may also be purchased in person at Steve’s Music Center in Rock Hill, NY and the Bethel Woods box office Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The box office is open two hours prior to show time on all event days.
