Antique show features caning,

glass repair and restoration

HONESDALE, PA — The Woman’s Club of Honesdale will hold its 44th Annual Wayne County Antiques Show on Saturday, July 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday, July 15 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Wayne Highlands Middle School on upper Grove Street in Honesdale. In addition to antique vendors, the Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will host several consignment rooms with a wide variety of merchandise.

Also available will be services like chair caning, fine glass repair and quality restoration of items including porcelain, early stoneware, ivory and jade.

The school is air-conditioned, and homemade refreshments and lunches will be available in the cafeteria. Funds raised from this event are used to support the club’s scholarship program and other community projects.

A fee of $6 (or $5 with flyer or ad) will be charged for general admission.
