Antique clothing in Hurleyville

HURLEYVILLE, NY — “Ladies and Their Fancy Ways,” a new display of antique clothing, will open at the Sullivan County Museum for the month of April. Museum volunteers Sharon Thorpe and June Koester have assembled some of the best dresses and accessories from the extensive collection owned by the Sullivan County Historical Society. The era covered is approximately from the 1890s to the early 1900s.

The museum is located at 265 Main Street. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Museum admission is free, but a donation is requested.
