Roots and Rhythm seeking work for art show

HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Arts Alliance and the Greater Honesdale Partnership are seeking artists interested in selling their work at The Roots and Rhythm festival, to be held June 23 from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. on 9th Street in Central Park. All work must be by the artist, no kits, and will be juried. Applicants should send a CD, photos or slides with five examples of their work.

The cost for a 10-foot-by-10-foot space is $25 for WCAA members and $75 for non-members. Applications are available through the Greater Honesdale Partnership by calling 570/253-5492 or emailing nanjim@socantel.net. Applications must be received by April 12, 2007. Notification will be by May 7.
