Passing evidence

Many of The River Reporter’s “River Talk” columns feature photos of the mammals that live throughout the Delaware River Region. But even when the animal is unavailable for capture by a camera lens, there is often ample evidence of its existence.

Light snows like those that have fallen recently provide excellent opportunities to explore the “hidden” lives of our fellow inhabitants as they punctuate snowscapes with their daily or nightly travels.
